Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Intern with a good understanding of email marketing and CRM activities, who can support customer engagement initiatives in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and CRM workflows.
- Manage customer database segmentation and mailing lists.
- Support planning of CRM communication calendars and campaign flows.
- Track and analyse campaign metrics such as open rate, CTR, and engagement.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and lifecycle communication.
Key Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing studies in Marketing / Business / Communications.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
