Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CRM Intern role based in Faridabad. The CRM Intern will assist in managing and updating customer data, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves supporting the sales and customer service teams by preparing reports, monitoring customer inquiries, and following up on pending issues.
Qualifications
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate basic reports, and identify patterns or areas for improvement.
- Effective communication skills to interact professionally with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
- Sales awareness and the ability to support lead follow-ups, cross-selling, and customer engagement activities.
- Basic project management abilities to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and support small CRM initiatives.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Comfort with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and willingness to learn CRM software tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about healthcare products and customer service best practices.
