Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Relationship Manager (Interior) at our Bengaluru office. As a CRM, you will oversee and manage customer relationships, coordinate projects, analyze customer trends, and support the sales process. Your day-to-day tasks will involve client communication, developing and maintaining strong customer connections, managing project timelines, and driving customer satisfaction with our interior design solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong Communication and Sales abilities to interact effectively with clients and drive project goals.
- Analytical Skills for understanding customer needs, analyzing trends, and devising tailored strategies.
- Project Management expertise to oversee timelines, ensure efficient completion of interior projects, and coordinate team efforts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
