About The Role
We are on the hunt for a
CRM Implementation Specialist to spearhead the implementation process of our Pipeline Management Service. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing our client's current CRM systems, redesigning pipeline stages, establishing playbooks, implementing automation, workflows, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess client's existing CRM setups
- Redefine and design pipeline stages to align with efficient sales processes
- Create and implement playbooks for optimized CRM usage
- Develop and implement automation and workflows within CRMs
- Drive reporting automation to deliver insights efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to constantly improve the Pipeline Management Service offering.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CRM implementation, especially in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
