Job Title: CRM Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365)Location: PAN India
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role involves solution design, stakeholder engagement, pre-sales support, and delivering end-to-end CRM implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions
- Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE applications
- Lead and support end-to-end (full cycle) implementations
- Build and demonstrate functional demos and solution prototypes
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize, integrate, and extend solutions
- Engage in pre-sales and GTM (Go-To-Market) activities
- Provide advisory on Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
- Handle migration scenarios (PSA to Project Operations, CI Outbound to Real-time Marketing)
- Work on industry-specific use cases and solutioning
- Manage and maintain demo environments
- Handle ambiguous business scenarios and provide strategic recommendations
Required Skills & Expertise- Strong functional knowledge in:
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Contact Center
- Dynamics 365 Project Operations (all deployment types)
- Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys)
- Experience with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- AI Builder
- Copilot Studio & Embedded Copilot Apps
- Integration experience with Customer Voice and other systems
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and landscape
Experience Required- 7–8+ years of experience in CRM / Dynamics 365 Functional role
- Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 CE applications
- Strong experience in pre-sales and client-facing roles
