About the role:

We are looking for a skilled CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) with at least 3 years of experience to join us as a freelancer and lead efforts to enhance customer relationships, retention, and engagement through targeted CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyze customer data to create personalized experiences and retention plans.
• Manage customer queries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align customer strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in CRM management or customer relationship strategies.
• Strong skills in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
