The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth communication with clients. This role will support both sales and technical teams in managing day-to-day CRM activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely responses to client requirements.
Responsibilities
• Manage and log all incoming customer enquiries accurately in the CRM system
• Track enquiry status and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams
• Assign leads to the relevant team members when required
• Respond to customer emails professionally and in a timely manner
• Share relevant information with clients including services, pricing, timelines, and clarifications
• Prepare, format, and send proposals, quotations, and related documents
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for proposal preparation
• Act as a communication link between clients and the technical team
• Collect requirement details from clients and share them with the technical team
• Track the progress of enquiries and maintain updated records in the CRM system
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM data and generate basic reports when required
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and data management.
What You’ll Need
Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM operations, sales support, or customer service OR Fresher
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Tools & Software Proficiency:
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to prepare professional proposals and documentation
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on enquiries
• Good coordination and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
