We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist (CRM) to manage front desk operations and customer relationship activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling visitor inquiries, maintaining customer records, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM software.
- Coordinate customer follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
- Assist sales and customer support teams with CRM-related tasks.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer concerns.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, CRM Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
