This is a full-time role for a CRM Executive. The CRM Executive will manage and optimize customer retention strategies, ensure seamless customer experiences, and maintain effective communication with clients. They will analyze customer data, prioritize customer engagement, and collaborate with the sales team to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, trends, and behaviors
- Understanding of Sales techniques to support business development efforts
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in CRM tools or platforms is a plus
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
