Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a CRM Executive at NoBroker.com. The CRM Executive will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing customer data, addressing queries, and driving customer retention strategies. The role also includes analyzing customer interactions, compiling insightful reports, and providing actionable feedback to enhance services. Collaboration with sales and customer experience teams will be a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and identify trends
- Expertise in Customer Retention and Customer Experience management
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with customers effectively
- Familiarity with Sales techniques to support customer acquisition and retention
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and team collaboration experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
