Position - CRM Executive
experience- 2 years
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately and regularly
- Track and assign leads to the sales team and ensure timely follow-up
- Monitor lead progress and maintain status updates
- Coordinate with sales teams across locations for lead closure and updates
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports dashboards
- Ensure data quality, hygiene, and consistency in the system
- Handle customer queries and direct them to the relevant teams
- Support marketing campaigns by managing lead data and responses
- Identify gaps in CRM usage and suggest improvements
