CRM & Marketing Automation Executive
About BathStoryBathStory is a digital-first bath fittings brand redefining how bathrooms are designed and built in India. As we scale across products and cities, we’re looking for someone to build and optimise our customer communication and marketing automation engine.
About the RoleAs the CRM & Marketing Automation Executive, you will own customer communication across the entire lifecycle from lead generation to post-installation. You’ll work across WhatsApp, email and our CRM to build automated journeys, execute campaigns, improve lead nurturing and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Build and optimise automated customer journeys across WhatsApp, email and CRM.
- Own AI Sensy and other marketing automation platforms.
- Execute WhatsApp and email campaigns for customers, architects and builders.
- Create trigger-based workflows for enquiries, quotations, reminders, follow-ups, referrals and post-installation communication.
- Segment customer databases to deliver relevant and personalised communication.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and continuously improve engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to automate customer communication and improve efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications- 1–4 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
- Experience with platforms such as AI Sensy, Interakt, Gallabox or Wati.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, organisational and written communication skills.
- A passion for automation, technology and creating exceptional customer experiences.
