🔆 Fund Recovery: Oversee timely payment collection and manage outstanding balances.
🔆 Cash Flow Management : Monitor and analyze cashflows with projections for timely decision-making.
🔆 Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring smooth pre and post-sales engagement.
🔆 Client Experience : Enhance the customer journey and improve referral sales with proactive communication.
🔆 Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the CRM team for high performance and client satisfaction.
