Job Overview
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth processing from booking to possession. The role involves regular follow-ups, documentation, and customer support to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Coordination
- Send welcome mail and make welcome calls to booked customers
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Coordinate with customers for possession-related activities
- Documentation Process Handling
- Follow up for sanction and OCR amount
- Prepare files for agreement
- Handle agreement documentation process
- Prepare loan disbursement documents
- Payment Financial Coordination
- Follow up for first disbursement and part payments
- Send stage-wise demand letters to customers and banks
- Generate receipts for received payments
- Handle suspense clearance and provide details to the accountant
- Reporting
- Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- NOC Compliance
- Handle CF NOC requests and coordination
- Operational Support
- Ensure all CRM activities are completed efficiently
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- Support internal teams for smooth workflow
Regular Work Details
- Daily follow-ups with customers and banks
- Documentation tracking and updates
- Reporting and coordination with accounts and management
Qualifications
Qualification – CRM Executive
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BMS, or equivalent preferred)
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / CRM) – preferred but not mandatory
