Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, and other channels
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements for luxury real estate offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients to maximize conversions
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and offerings to clients
- Deliver a premium customer experience consistent with luxury brand expectations
- Track and report lead status, conversions, and feedback
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably in luxury residential/commercial segment
- Prior experience in CRM or voice process (inbound/outbound calling)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with a professional and polished demeanor
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Ability to handle high-value clients and maintain confidentiality
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
