Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
CRM Developer with strong expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions, while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing customer service applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications.
- Develop and enhance CRM solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, custom plugins, workflows, and business rules.
- Build and customize model-driven applications using the Unified Client Interface (UCI).
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and Dynamics Client APIs.
- Configure service desks, business units, queues, routing rules, and case management processes.
- Design and develop custom dashboards, reports, and analytics using Power BI and Dynamics 365 reporting capabilities.
- Build and support multi-channel customer engagement solutions, including Email, Web, and Customer Portals.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications, APIs, ESB platforms, and third-party systems.
- Develop custom portals and knowledge management solutions.
- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, performance, and integration issues.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and support artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
