Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales) and the Power Platform. Skills should include Dataverse, custom entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, Power Automate, plugins/custom code, security roles, integrations, and solution deployment/ALM. The resource should be able to configure and extend CRM functionality, support technical design and POCs, troubleshoot issues, participate in SIT/UAT defect resolution, and work closely with functional and integration teams to deliver end-to-end business requirements. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Agile delivery, and CRM data models is preferred.
