Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM/Customer Success Executive based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving customer engagement. Daily tasks include implementing customer relationship management processes, handling customer queries, analyzing data to improve customer experience, and supporting sales and project management teams to meet objectives. This role also involves addressing client concerns, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Success to identify customer needs and drive satisfaction
- Analytical Skills to assess data and improve customer experience
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) to interact effectively with clients and teams
- Project Management abilities to support sales and customer-focused projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in a customer-facing or similar role is an advantage
- Prior experience in on-site operations in Mumbai is a plus
