Hiring: CRM & Customer Sales Support Executive📍 Nighoje, Chakan | Ruha Tek Pack Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM & Customer Sales Support Executive to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
• Support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts
• Track customer orders and provide timely updates
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
• Prepare reports on customer interactions and sales support activities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
🔹 Requirements:
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
🔹 Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Support
