Role Purpose
Lead end‑to‑end customer collections strategy across residential projects.
Ensure timely realization of receivables aligned with construction milestones and
cashflow plans.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement collections strategy for booking, agreement, milestone and
final payments.
Track receivables ageing, drive structured follow‑ups and minimize overdue
accounts.
Manage customer negotiations on payment schedules, restructuring and settlement.
Integrate CRM systems with finance and sales data for real‑time collections
dashboards.
Coordinate with legal team on high‑risk defaults, cancellations and recovery actions.
Lead handover‑linked collections and possession readiness tracking.
Key Skills
Receivables management and cashflow alignment
Customer lifecycle and escalation handling
Working knowledge of CRM platforms
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
KPIs
Collection efficiency ratio
