🔷 Role Overview
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for its Cold Storage division. The role focuses on B2B client management, renewals, service complaint resolution, and reporting discipline. Candidates with experience in cold chain or logistics will be preferred.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with cold storage B2B clients.
- Track client renewals and identify accounts at risk.
- Handle service complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong Excel-based trackers and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with operations, billing, and service departments.
- Ensure smooth communication and high-quality service delivery.
🔷 Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management.
- Strong ability to handle escalations and client issues.
- Advanced MS Excel skills & reporting discipline.
- Experience in cold chain / logistics / warehousing preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
