Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area for a CRM & Client Coordination Support professional. The role involves managing and updating CRM records, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining a clear view of the client pipeline and ongoing engagements. The individual will coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule meetings, track project milestones, and follow up on action items and deliverables. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, routing requests to relevant stakeholders, preparing status reports, and documenting interactions in the CRM system. The role also supports sales and project teams with client communication, basic reporting, and process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including maintaining accurate records, tracking interactions, and supporting client lifecycle activities.
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams, handle queries, and provide clear, timely updates.
- Analytical Skills to interpret CRM data, generate basic reports, and identify trends or opportunities for improved client engagement and processes.
- Sales support experience, including lead follow-ups, coordination with sales representatives, and assisting with proposals or presentations.
- Project Management capabilities to track timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple client projects.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, email and calendar applications).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, with strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or drone/remote sensing industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
