Hiring: CRM & Client Coordination Executive
Location: Raipur | Industry: Fashion, Luxury Gifting & Retail
Role Type: Full-time, on-floor role
We are looking for a smart and responsible CRM & Client Coordination Executive for a fashion and gifting brand. The person should be fluent in English and Hindi, comfortable speaking to clients, and able to manage Zoho CRM, product follow-ups, client requirements, and gifting enquiries.
Main Work
* Handle client calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, enquiries, and repeat orders.
* Manage Zoho CRM daily: leads, client details, order status, reminders, and follow-ups.
* Track fashion, gifting, wedding, corporate, and bulk order enquiries properly.
* Coordinate with stock, packaging, dispatch, sales, and product teams.
* Share product options, prices, pictures, catalogues, and gifting ideas with clients.
* Click clear product pictures/videos when required.
* Use Canva/AI tools to create simple product visuals, gifting mockups, and client presentations.
* Speak professionally with premium clients in English and Hindi.
* Follow up for pending payments, confirmations, customizations, and dispatch updates.
* Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, conversions, pending orders, and missed follow-ups.
Must Have
* Good English and Hindi communication.
* Basic/good knowledge of Zoho CRM.
* Comfortable with telecalling and WhatsApp client handling.
* Interest or experience in fashion, gifting, luxury retail, jewellery, or D2C brands.
* Basic sense of product presentation and photography.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets, Gmail, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and AI tools.
* Must be based in Raipur and willing to work from office/floor.

* Fast in follow-ups.
* Good with clients.
* No casual attitude.
* Able to take ownership.
* Should not need reminders for every small task.
* Should understand that every lead has value.
Incentives
Fixed salary as per experience.
Commission/incentive will be given on bigger orders, bulk gifting orders, corporate orders, wedding orders, and high-value conversions.
Hiring Process
* Short phone screening.
* Practical task: client call + CRM update + product sharing sample.
* Trial period before final confirmation.
