Position Summary:-
We are seeking a motivated Senior CRM Analyst to manage, analyze, and optimize customer relationship management data, you will be the primary architect of our customer data strategy. Translating complex behavioral data into actionable growth strategies. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer data—from segmentation, predictive modeling to campaign performance, retention analysis, generating insights, visualization, and interpretation. Supporting operations, marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement, retention, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Create dashboards and reports to track customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales metrics. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Support marketing campaigns through customer segmentation and targeted lists, Build predictive models and trend analysis using historical data
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights to optimize CRM workflows and processes.
- Monitor customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure proper data hygiene, deduplication, and CRM best practices.
- Assist in CRM system upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementation.
- Present insights, findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner, to improve customer experience and revenue.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business functions and Train internal teams on CRM tools and reporting when required
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, data analysis, or marketing analytics, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, Google sheet, SQL or data querying,Power BI and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful narratives
- Knowledge of data modeling and predictive analytics is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence or automation analytics tools
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Experience in Logistic/ Supply chain domain, Understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing analytics.
