Role Description
We are looking for a results-driven CRM Backend Developer who can take ownership of
designing, developing, and optimizing scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring
strong backend expertise, solid database fundamentals, and hands-on experience with
modern server-side architectures to drive high-performance CRM operations.
🔧 What You’ll Work On:
✔ Build and optimize CRM backend using Python & Django
✔ Develop REST APIs & integrations
✔ Manage databases (MySQL / SQL Server)
✔ Work with Redis, Celery, Cron Jobs for performance
✔ Handle deployment on Nginx (Linux/Windows)
💡 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 4–5 years of backend development experience
✔ Strong in Django, APIs, DBMS concepts
✔ Experience with CRM / SaaS platforms (preferred)
✔ Problem-solving mindset & ownership attitude
