Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and data-driven CRM professional to manage and enhance customer relationships across the entire lifecycle. The role involves maintaining customer databases, improving engagement strategies, and ensuring a seamless, personalized customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Segment customer database to drive targeted campaigns and personalized communication
- Track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history to improve retention
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to align CRM initiatives
- Monitor customer lifecycle journeys and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints with timely resolution
- Generate reports and insights on customer behavior, campaign performance, and retention metrics
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Support loyalty programs, referral programs, and customer experience initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in CRM, customer engagement, or database management
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
