Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a CRM professional. The role involves managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, coordinating with sales and project teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks may include analyzing client data, identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing customer engagement strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of projects to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Experience in Sales and ability to foster client satisfaction
- Project Management expertise to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is an advantage
