Role Description
Manage orders end-to-end (inquiry to delivery)
Convert leads via WhatsApp/CRM
Handle queries, delays & LR updates
Coordinate with production/dispatch
Resolve complaints & special requests
Follow up on payments
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including system implementation and optimization
- Exceptional communication skills to foster client and team collaboration
- Proficiency in sales strategies and managing sales pipelines
- Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decision-making
- Experience in project management to ensure seamless execution of deliverables
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in customer relationship or sales roles is an advantage
