Job Title: CRM Executive

Role Overview:
We are looking for a CRM Executive who can drive customer engagement and retention through data-led campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with campaign execution, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing, especially within a Shopify ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS)
• Build and manage customer segments based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement
• Design and optimize customer journeys across the lifecycle (acquisition, retention, reactivation)
• Set up and manage automation flows including welcome journeys, abandoned cart, and win-back campaigns
• Work closely with Shopify to track customer data, order behavior, and performance insights
• Implement reorder and replenishment notification strategies to improve repeat purchases
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, retention)
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign creatives and messaging

Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and CRM tools (like Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, etc.)
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle management
• Experience in setting up automation workflows and customer journeys
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve campaign performance
• Good communication and coordination skills
