Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations across all projects
- Design and implement customer lifecycle strategies from booking to possession and beyond
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and referral programs
- Handle escalations, grievance redressal, and ensure timely issue resolution
- Develop and monitor SLA-driven service frameworks
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Legal teams for seamless customer experience
- Implement and optimize CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms)
- Analyze customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead customer communication strategies (emails, calls, events, handovers)
- Manage possession process, documentation, and customer onboarding
Key Requirements- 15+ years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate or related sectors
- Strong experience in handling high-value customers and large-scale projects
- Proven leadership experience managing large CRM teams
- Expertise in CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of real estate processes (booking, agreements, possession)
Preferred Qualifications- MBA or equivalent in Business / Marketing / Operations

- Drive lead generation, qualification, and nurturing strategies
- Ensure effective handling of digital, walk-in, and channel partner leads
- Track and improve lead-to-site visit and conversion ratios
