We are offering a 1-month, full-time Work From Home CRM Analyst Internship (No Stipend). The role focuses on analyzing, comparing, and optimizing CRM systems and related business platforms to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM systems, workflows, pipelines, and data structures across multiple platforms
- Perform competitor analysis of CRM tools based on features, usability, and performance
- Research and test plugins, integrations, and extensions within CRM ecosystems
- Understand system functionalities including automation, reporting, and module structures
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow optimizations and automation strategies
- Generate reports and insights for better business decision-making
- Propose new ideas, feature improvements, and scalable solutions
- Document findings, experiments, and recommendations clearly
- Collaborate with internal teams to align CRM systems with business requirements
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding or interest in CRM systems
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to research and derive insights independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple platforms
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree
