About The Role
We are seeking a Salesforce CRM Administrator to take global ownership of Pharmanovia’s Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for administration, configuration, data governance and continuous improvement of Salesforce to support commercial teams across multiple markets. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure Salesforce is reliable, scalable, and aligned with business processes, while maintaining high levels of user adoption and data quality.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Serve as the global administrator for the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, performance and security
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets and access controls in line with governance policies
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related queries and issues
Configuration & Development
- Design, build and maintain Salesforce configurations, including:
- Custom objects and fields
- Page layouts and Lightning record pages
- Validation rules and flows
- Workflow automation and business rules
- Deliver enhancements and new functionality in line with commercial priorities and the release cycle
Stakeholder Partnership & Sales Enablement
- Work closely with Commercial teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
- Improve sales force effectiveness through optimised pipelines, activity tracking and reporting
- Drive user adoption through usability improvements and regular engagement with stakeholders
Data Quality, Governance & Reporting
- Define and maintain Salesforce data standards, validation rules and governance processes
- Proactively monitor and resolve data quality issues
- Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for commercial performance tracking
- Partner with Data teams to ensure Salesforce data is trusted and integrated into enterprise reporting platforms
Integrations & Platform Ecosystem
- Collaborate with Data & Engineering teams to support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
- Ensure changes to Salesforce are aligned with downstream data models, analytics and data warehouse requirements
- Support testing and validation of integrations during releases and system updates
User Support, Training & Documentation
- Provide day-to-day support to global Salesforce users
- Create and maintain user guides, release notes and training materials
Qualifications
- Relevant degree (Mathematics, Economics, Business, Life Sciences, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years in a CRM Administrator role
- Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a global or multi-region organisation
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and how it relates to CRM & Sales Force Effectiveness
- Experience working directly with commercial teams
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects independently
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM Management
- Understanding of Agile/DevOps working methodologies
- Experience supporting commercial or sales teams using Salesforce
- Strong understanding of data governance and CRM data quality management

- Exceptional drive and initiative – proactively identifies and solves problems
- Self-starter who thrives working autonomously with minimal supervision
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (preferred)
- Hands-on Salesforce professional who enjoys owning a platform end-to-end
- Comfortable balancing day-to-day administration with longer-term platform strategy and continuous improvement
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident working with both technical teams and commercial stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills
