Role Description – CRM & Accounts Coordinator
Location: Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹3 – 4 LPA
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM & Accounts Coordinator.
The position primarily focuses on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations, along with accounting support and administrative coordination. The coordinator will ensure accurate CRM data management, smooth coordination between sales and customers, and assist in basic financial and office operations.
Primary Responsibilities – CRM & Coordination
Manage and maintain customer data, order details, and communication records in the ERP/CRM system
Track customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order status to ensure timely updates
Coordinate closely with the sales team for order processing, dispatch updates, and client requirements
Act as a central point for routing customer queries to relevant internal teams
Ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data for reporting and internal alignment
Generate basic CRM reports related to sales activities, customer follow-ups, and order tracking
Support customer communication to enhance overall service experience
Accounts Responsibilities
Handle basic accounting entries, invoice processing, and expense tracking
Coordinate with the finance team during monthly closing activities
Maintain vendor payment records, petty cash, and reimbursement documentation
Assist with GST/TDS paperwork and statutory documentation
Prepare basic financial summaries, reports, and reconciliations
Administrative Responsibilities
Support day-to-day office operations and coordination activities
Maintain documentation and internal records efficiently
Assist in inter-departmental coordination for smooth workflow
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for operational and financial documents
Qualifications
Strong understanding or experience in CRM operations, coordination, or customer handling
Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related tasks
Familiarity with ERP tools, Tally, or willingness to learn
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
Prior experience in CRM, coordination, or accounts roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
