Crystal Group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Cold Storage division.
We’re seeking someone who can manage B2B client relationships, track renewals, handle service complaints, and maintain strong reporting discipline.

What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day relationships with cold storage B2B clients
Track client renewals and identify accounts at risk
Handle service complaints and ensure timely resolutions
Maintain Excel-based trackers and MIS reports
Coordinate with operations, billing, and service teams
Ensure smooth communication and high-quality service delivery
🔹 What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B account management
Experience in cold chain / refrigerated containers / cold rooms / logistics / warehousing preferred
Strong escalation-handling & problem-solving skills
Advanced MS Excel & MIS reporting discipline
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
