About the role:
As a Senior Product Support Engineer at Criteo, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and partners, ensuring they can leverage our products and solutions to their full potential. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues related to Criteo's products and solutions
- Providing in-depth guidance and troubleshooting to our clients and partners
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Engineering, to identify and address product-related challenges
- Documenting and sharing best practices, use cases, and technical insights
- Continuously improving our support processes and knowledge base
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical support or product support role, preferably in the adtech or martech industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Good understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web protocols
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C# would be an advantage
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
