About the role

What You'll Do: In this role you will work as a Project Manager supporting the Shared Services Product department. Shared Services plays a pivotal role in building key strategic capabilities for Criteo solutions, such as data ingestion and sharing, audience building, AI and campaign performance optimization. The Product Operations Team has 3 main missions: 1. Lead Product Strategic Planning Support and Guide Senior Stakeholders from various Teams (incl. Product, Business, R&D, Go-to-Market, Finance), to develop Criteo's Product Strategy and Product Roadmap inline with Company's objectives and Financial Plans 2. Act as Project Management Partners for each Solution Acting as control tower for Criteo's Product Shared Services VP & its counterparts, ensuring alignment and execution across Business Prioritization, Quarterly roadmap, Go-To-Market delivery – centralizing dependencies with all teams and tracking / mitigating risks. 3. Drive Product Strategic Initiatives Act as Project Manager for Strategic / Innovative Product projects – maximizing impacts and pace of delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate with senior stakeholders from various teams (Product, Business, R&D, Go-to-Market, Finance) to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project management processes and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. Who You Are: > 3 years of experience in Consulting, Project Management, Operations, Go-To-Market or Transformation functions in a Fast-paced environment Top performer able to navigate within complexity, work with passion, set high standards for you and your peers A strategic thinker/Problem-solver/Facilitator with exceptional Organization and Communication skills, comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in parallel Humility, Team player and willingness to learn Experience in AdTech and/or Product Management is a plus but not mandatory Fluent in English; French is a plus but not mandatory
