This position supports field operations, ensures property readiness, and<br>upholds the quality and consistency expected of a luxury hospitality brand.<br>This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and takes<br>pride in creating beautiful, guest-ready environments. Every day is dynamic, hands-on,<br>and essential to delivering a 5-star experience.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br>Property Inspections & Quality Control<br>• Perform weekly inspections across all assigned homes<br>• Complete detailed checklists with notes, photos, and reporting<br>• Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure homes meet Clearview standards<br>• Verify cleanliness, staging, functionality, and full amenity readiness<br>• Ensure every home reflects a luxury, hotel-level experience<br><br>Repairs + Maintenance<br>• Complete minor repairs, touch-ups, and day-to-day maintenance<br>• Execute preventative maintenance schedules<br>• Identify issues early and escalate or coordinate larger repairs<br>• Assist with inventory of tools, supplies, and maintenance items<br><br>Contractor & Vendor Coordination<br>• Assist in scheduling and overseeing vendors and contractors<br>• Provide property access and monitor progress<br>• Ensure quality of work aligns with Clearview standards<br>• Communicate updates in real time to leadership<br><br>Errands, Logistics & Property Support<br>• Pick up and deliver supplies, furnishings, and materials<br>• Support new home setups, refreshes, and staging<br>• Assist with wellness installations (saunas, cold plunges, etc.) when needed<br>• Transport tools and materials between properties<br><br>Communication + Reporting<br>• Capture photos/videos to document property condition and improvements<br>• Clearly communicate updates, issues, and needs with leadership<br>• Maintain responsiveness and reliability in daily operations<br>• Uphold professionalism in all interactions<br><br>Additional responsibilities may evolve as the business grows.<br><br>Qualifications<br>• Strong attention to detail and pride in execution<br>• Basic repair and maintenance skills required<br>• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license<br>• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical tasks<br>• Highly dependable, punctual, and communicative<br>• Previous experience in property operations, maintenance, or hospitality preferred<br><br>Why Work With Clearview<br>• Be part of a fast-growing property management staffing brand<br>• Work in beautiful, high-end homes across Santa Barbara<br>• Flexible, dynamic work environment<br>• Opportunity to grow within a premium, experience-driven company<br>• Exposure to luxury real estate, hospitality, and wellness</div> </div>
