About the role

Overview

As a Senior HubSpot Administrator, you will manage, maintain, and optimize our HubSpot Enterprise instance specifically for our sales and marketing teams. You will handle all aspects of our HubSpot environment including workflows, sequences, custom objects, data modeling, third-party integrations, email campaign management, and reporting dashboards across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs. Your expertise will be critical as you work with cross-functional teams, translate business requests into actionable implementations, proactively identify system improvements, and maintain data integrity before issues impact end users.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Translate requests and requirements into actionable solutions within our HubSpot Enterprise instance.
  • Own the administration, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of our HubSpot platform, including all Hubs (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hub).
  • Design, configure, and maintain automated workflows and sales sequences.
  • Create and manage custom fields, data models, and custom objects.
  • Build and maintain contact and deal lists for marketing and sales teams.
  • Upload & manage email content in HubSpot, including quality checks for formatting, spelling, grammar, UTM tracking, and responsiveness.
  • Create, manage, and optimize reports and dashboards.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and APIs to create a cohesive tech stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing and ad hoc business needs related to HubSpot.
  • Conduct regular audits of the HubSpot instance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
  • HubSpot Certifications or equivalent experience in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
  • Deep knowledge of HubSpot's Enterprise CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs, specifically within Sales & Marketing teams.
