About the role

The Team: The Client Team (Fundamentals) provides comprehensive global data coverage for over 65,000 public and private companies. The team utilizes advanced research methodologies and tools to gather, validate, and synthesize data from a variety of reputable sources. Responsibilities: ● Functional Responsibility / Domain Related ○ Conduct basic financial data gathering, enrichment, and maintenance through client or in-house databases. ○ Extract required data sets from input/source documents into the necessary output templates. ○ Utilize tools and systems to ensure timely delivery of data. ○ Manage the upload and removal of reports on client or in-house databases. ○ Maintain the integrity and quality of data throughout all processes. ○ Execute assigned tasks following the provided instructions/guidelines while meeting required turnaround times (TAT). ○ Ensure adherence to and compliance with performance tracking mechanisms, policies, and procedures of the organization. ○ Explore opportunities and provide ideas to improve current processes. ○ Strictly practice and follow all compliance, confidentiality, and information security policies, procedures, and guidelines of the organization. What We're Looking For: ● Strong specialization in finance or accounting. US GAAP knowledge and experience will be an advantage ● Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and sound computer skills are prerequisites for this position. ● Understanding of company financial statements is mandatory both for retainer & permanent hiring. ● Willingness to work in rotational night shifts and ability to multi-task in a team environment while following flexible schedules to meet deadlines. ● Strong attention to detail and a persistent approach to work. ● Excellent quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
