Junior Software Engineer

CRIO is a health tech company helping pharma, biotech, research sites, and academic research centers streamline regulatory workflows with one system. They are seeking a Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn and grow while contributing to meaningful projects in the health tech space. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior engineers and team members on various projects. - Assist in developing cloud-based SaaS products and features. - Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of software components. - Participate in code reviews and learn best practices in software development. - Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed. Qualification: - Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. - Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular). - Experience with relational databases (like MySQL) is a plus. - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker is beneficial. - Strong desire to learn and adapt. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Detail-oriented and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute. - 1-2 years Experience in Software Development. - Experience with standard software development practices, with exposure to one or more tools such as Jira and/or Github. - Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field required. - Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
