Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Mobility Coordinator, based in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end crew travel process, including coordination of schedules, travel arrangements, and compliance with relevant regulations. The role also involves clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders, resolving travel-related issues, and fostering a seamless mobility process. Additional responsibilities may include training new team members on protocols and ensuring the smooth operation of crew movements.


Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaison with multiple stakeholders • Experience in Crewing and expertise in handling crew mobility operations is preferred but not required. • Excellent Organization Skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Familiarity with the travel industry or maritime operations is advantageous • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred but not required Click on Apply to know more.
