Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Crew Manager / Sourcing Specialist for Offshore Fleet. The individual will oversee crew management and recruitment for the offshore fleet, including scheduling, sourcing qualified personnel, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining onboard staffing levels. The role includes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring crew well-being, and handling all related logistical arrangements to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Crew Management, Sourcing, and Recruitment within the offshore oilfield or maritime industry with ONGC/Aramco Requirements
- Knowledge of compliance standards, maritime regulations, and industry certifications.
- Organizational, Scheduling, and Operational Management skills.
- Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Interpersonal Relationship Management.
- Experience in logistics and handling documentation related to personnel onboarding and offboarding.
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and manage high-pressure situations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of software tools and platforms related to crew management and sourcing is advantageous.
