POSITION SUMMARY
Ensures excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, communication with customers, and coordination of
operational duties.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Solicits outbound freight in order to manage network balance while maintaining a high level of service.
* Interacts with customers and addresses any concerns or issues.
* Forecasts potential customer needs and proactively works to address those needs.
* Responds promptly to customer inquiries and request.
* Processes customer orders with required information to properly pick up and deliver goods.
* Schedules all loading and unloading appointments.
* Tracks all shipments while under dispatch from pick up to deliver.
* Travels as needed.
* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships to meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Receives and carries out instructions.
* Manages regular and predictable attendance.
* Performs other duties as assigned
