Determines liability and sets reserves for bodily injury and property damages claims.

Investigates extent of property damage and reviews repair estimates to ensure charges match the degree of property loss.

Prepares and submits arbitration summaries.

Works with outside counsel to manage litigation related to bodily injury and property damage claims

Establishes and maintains positive working relationships.

Utilizes software and social media tools in the handling and investigation of claims.

Takes after-hours calls relating to accidents and injuries or other safety related issues.

Travels as needed to attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Solves problems and makes decisions independently and proactively.
