BMW KUN Exclusive also manages dedicated outlets for MINI and Rolls-Royce sales at Menambakkam and a full-service BMW Motorrad outlet at Teynampet, Ambattur, Coimbatore & Madurai. The portfolio includes new BMW and MINI vehicles, BMW Certified Used Cars, BMW Motorrad motorcycles, and Rolls-Royce vehicles, offering customers a comprehensive luxury mobility experience.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), Service Advisors, Technicians, and Trainee Technicians. CREs and Service Advisors will greet customers, understand service needs, prepare job cards, coordinate with workshop teams, provide service updates, and ensure clear communication on timelines, costs, and service recommendations. They will handle aftersales interactions, manage customer feedback, and support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Technicians will perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and quality checks on vehicles in line with BMW standards, documenting work performed and adhering to safety and process guidelines. Trainee Technicians will support senior technicians, learn diagnostic procedures, participate in training programs, and gradually take on more independent tasks under supervision.
Qualifications
- Strong customer orientation with skills in Customer Service, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Understanding of Aftersales processes, including service workflows, follow-ups, and post-service support.
- For Service Advisors and CREs: Prior experience in automotive customer service or dealership environments is an advantage.
- For Technicians and Trainee Technicians: Diploma/ITI/technical qualification in automotive or mechanical streams; basic knowledge of vehicle systems preferred for trainees and hands-on workshop experience for technicians.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Comfort using dealership management systems and basic computer applications for job cards, reports, and communication.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and adhere to BMW service and quality standards.
