Role Overview
We are looking for a Workflow JSON Schema Designer who combines deep user experience design skills with technical prowess in creating intuitive and user-friendly workflow configurations.
Our system is built on [React JSON Schema Form (RJSF)], and the core of our app involves a graph-like JSON structure where nodes represent screens and edges define navigation paths. Your role will involve designing these workflows while keeping the end-user experience at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive user journeys using JSON-based configuration
- Create complex, multi-step workflows that balance technical functionality with exceptional user experience
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, logical navigation flows
- Develop JSON schemas that support dynamic, adaptive user interactions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine workflow logic
- Prototype and iterate on user journey designs
Skills Required
- Proficiency in JSON Schema design
- Understanding of UX principles and how users interact with forms and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with APIs
- Experience in creating complex, multi-step interactive experiences
- Familiarity with React JSON Schema Form (RJSF) or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or workflow automation tools would be a plus.
