Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech Team, Commercial Sales) to develop user-focused designs that align with business goals and drive user acquisition and retention.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions, improving the overall customer journey.
- Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design ideas and concepts.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our product offering.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Advocate for the user experience and champion design thinking across the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with developers and project leads to ensure smooth handoff and execution of designs.
- Present your design work to stakeholders and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, ideally working on consumer-facing digital products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma and FigJam/Whimsical is a must.
- Experience conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and expectation management skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
- Full fluency in the English language is required for the position.

- Final Interview by Senior Leadership and Culture - In this final meeting you will discuss your personal vision and development and your alignment with the Company’s direction.
