The role requires strong understanding of equity markets, mutual fund regulations, RBI/SEBI guidelines, and collateral risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities

▪ Maintain and update approved scrip/scheme lists, haircut matrices, and concentration limits
▪ Assess portfolio-level concentration risks at scrip, sector, and issuer levels
▪ Identify early warning signals (NAV decline, scrip delistings, scheme reclassification) and flag for remedial action
3. Documentation & Compliance
▪ Ensure pledge creation, lien marking, modification, and release are completed accurately and within TAT
▪ Verify DP records (NSDL/CDSL), CKYC/KYC compliance, demat account details, and folio-level data via MF Central, CAMS/KFintech
▪ Ensure full adherence to RBI Master Directions on Loans Against Securities and NBFC Prudential Norms
▪ Coordinate with legal, operations, AMC/RTA, and DP teams for lien invocation and loan documentation
▪ Support internal audit, regulatory reviews, and due diligence processes

▪ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on portfolio health, disbursements, overdue accounts, and NPA status
▪ Generate and circulate early warning reports for accounts showing stress indicators
▪ Assist in credit policy reviews, haircut updates, and product-level risk assessments
5. Stakeholder Coordination
▪ Liaise with sales/relationship management teams for proposal sourcing and customer onboarding
▪ Coordinate with technology and operations for system-level LTV monitoring and digital pledge workflows
▪ Provide inputs for new product development or policy modifications based on portfolio experience
Qualifications & Certifications
▪ Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline (MBA Finance preferred)
▪ 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in secured lending, capital market credit, or mutual fund operations within a Bank or NBFC
