Shift Timing - 3AM To 1 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and preparation of lending submissions, including gathering and collating customer information.
- Perform credit analysis, financial modelling, and interpretation of customer financial information.
- Ensure compliance with bank standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Manage the end-to-end lending variation process while delivering a superior customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify referral and refinancing opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently using systems such as NUW and Salesforce.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- 4–7 years of experience in business lending processes and credit analysis (Only International Banking Experience) – Mandatory.
- Experience in credit underwriting (business/home lending) - Mandatory
- Strong financial analysis capability
- Understanding of policy verification requirements and risk obligations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in telephony/customer interaction roles
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving ability
