Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Eral for a Credit Sales Manager. The Credit Sales Manager will oversee the credit sales processes, manage customer credit approvals, and drive the performance of the sales team to meet targets. Responsibilities include evaluating creditworthiness, strategizing sales initiatives, developing strong customer relationships, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient credit operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Credit Management
- Experience in Credit Cards and Credit operations
- Proficiency in Sales and customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data for credit assessments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automobile finance industry is advantageous
